I experienced a “Tech Support Scam” where my computer locked up. What looked like legit instructions to phone Microsoft at the number on the screen, turned out to be a frightening experience. Thank goodness I phoned Will Carter of Carter Systems. He gave reassuring advice to turn off the computer and he would be by to pick it up. After extensive anti-malware scans, thankfully Will found no infections. He installed updates from Dell and evaluated my entire system.
Who does that? Who returns a call and acts immediately to remedy a situation where a scammer could have access to all your personal information? Will Carter is an amazing, intelligent young man who is knowledgeable, personable and reasonable in price! Cloverdale is extremely lucky to have access to his valuable service. I highly recommend Will Carter for all computer services.

Kathy and I purchased a new place here in Cloverdale in January of 2020 and then moved our business up here in Jan 2021. We changed internet service providers in the process our email system went into the dumps and it was really hard to work with. Will came in like Batman and Robin all in one, with a FAST… “BAM, BANG, POW!!” RKA was back on top of our email, customers, and orders!!
